Hello Yo Community Guidelines
1. Introduction
In order to enhance the community management of Hello Yo and provide the users a healthy and harmonious platform for both voice and graphics, Hello Yo reserves the right to control violations in content and behavior. Hello Yo users shall comply with the relevant local laws and regulations as well as Community Guidelines of Hello Yo. Otherwise, he or she would be punished for the violations, which would be graded by Hello Yo according to a comprehensive evaluation of the violation intention, time and other objective factors. The users could make an appeal against the punishment.
The Guidelines are applicable to all the content, including but not limited to broadcasting, text, pictures, user behavior, etc. Hello Yo reserves the right of final explanation of all the punishment.

In addition to the User Agreement, please read the regulations listed below. The Guidelines would be amended from time to time according to the development of Hello Yo community and platform.
2. Serious Violations（Class A）
2.1 Publication of anti-state and anti-government remarks or behavior insulting the government and state is strictly prohibited.
2.1.1 Endangering state security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity.
2.1.2 Harming national honor and interests.
2.1.3 Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity.
2.1.4 Undermining national religion policy, damaging social order and peace and personal morality.
2.1.5 Spreading violence, terror or abetting the commission of crimes.
2.1.6 Organizing unlawful assembly, mobbing or disturbing social order.
2.1.7 Spreading hateful speech or conduct, including any content that promote war, racism, extremism, terrorism, ageism, sexism or religious discrimination.
2.2 Displaying involving sensitive political issues or copyright infringement is prohibited.
2.3 Displaying sexual organ or other private body parts is strictly prohibited.
2.3.1 The exposure of genital organ, female breasts, pubes, hips, inner thighs and other sensitive parts of the body.
2.3.2 The deliberate acts of fondling, touching or kneading the genital organ and other sensitive parts of the body.
2.3.3 The spread of any information which is related to sexual behavior, seductive behavior or sexual insult.
2.3.4 The spread of the information which has been seriously violated others’ privacy, including the sneak shooting and other exposure of intimate body parts(including but not limit to the nude genital organ).
2.3.5 The spread of the harmful information of recruiting prostitution, one night sex, wife-swapping, sexual abuse, etc.
2.3.6 The spread of erotic materials, like games, comic and animation, films or AV, etc.
2.3.7 The spread of the pornographic websites and other seductive material, including pictures, statement, songs, words and sound, etc.
2.4 It is strictly prohibited to spread any content or activity endangering minors, including content that features or promotes child sexual abuse material,and the sexual exploitation, sexual misconduct or grooming of minors. The acts that are not allowed include but not limited to:
2.4.1 Involving physical and mental disadvantages to minors, such as puppy love,early marriage and early childbearing;
2.4.2 Involving disclosure of the privacy of minors, such as displaying minors’ sexual organs, sexually explicit content or sexualized images of minors, etc.;
2.4.3 Involving violent bullying of minors, such as school violence, cyber bullying, social crimes,etc.;
2.4.4 Involving bad behavior of minors, such as drinking alcohol and smoking, using marijuana committing suicide, etc.;
2.4.5 Involving sexual seduction of minors, such as instigating minors to take nude videos and pictures, conducting "remote" indecency, befriending a minor online for the purpose of engaging in sexual contact and/or exchanging sexually explicit photos with the minor, whether online or offline, and other illegal acts;
2.4.6 Involving circumvention of supervision and protection of minors, such as inducing minors to live broadcast, top up, reward, and strategies for circumventing youth restrictions, etc.;
2.4.7 ther content that endangers the safety and health of minors.
Notice:
Users are prohibited from creating, uploading or distributing content that incites the exploitation or abuse of minors. We will immediately delete the offending content and punish the offending accounts，including all the sexual abuse of minors.Please click the Report button to report the content suspected of exploiting minors on the platform. lf you find such content elsewhere on the Internet, please contact the relevant authorities in your country directly.
2.5 It is prohibited to spread or play gambling-related content. Behaviors such as broadcasting gambling or inciting others to gamble are not allowed.
2.6 Broadcasting drugs distribution is strictly prohibited, eg. displaying drug samples or relevant performance, drug-taking, injection, or interpretation of drug-making procedure etc.
2.7 Privacy infringement or exposing others’ privacy is prohibited, eg. name, address, phone number and other private information.
2.8 Harming other’s security, endangering public interests and cruelty animals is strictly prohibited.
2.9 Depicting, encouraging or assisting suicide or self-harm is strictly prohibited.
2.10 Others behavior involving pornography (e.g. moaning), politics, gambling or drug is strictly prohibited.
2.11 Publicizing competing products, poaching, frauding, unlawful deal of diamonds or coins is strictly prohibited.
2.12 Promotion of sexual toys, aphrodisiac or posting misleading part-time job recruitment information is strictly prohibited.
2.13 Any content that may make viewers uncomfortable is prohibited, such as vulgar and terrifying pictures.
2.14 Any malicious code, phishing website or other content that may threaten the security of the Internet is prohibited.
2.15 It's prohibited to conduct any behavior that could damage the interest of the official platform.
2.15.1 It's prohibited to impersonate Hello Yo to send any information or links;
2.15.2 It's prohibited to conduct any activity in the name of the Hello Yo without permission.
2.15.3 It's prohibited to use the Hello Yo official avatar or the key word like 'Hello Yo' in the personal profile without the official authorization.
3. General Violations (Class B)
3.1 Indecent performance, sexually suggestive acts and voices are prohibited.
3.2 Defamation, abuse or verbal attack is prohibited.
3.3 Harassment or molestation is prohibited.
3.4 Any content or activity involving pornography, sexual content to foster an indecent atmosphere is prohibited.
3.5 Distributing unauthorized advertisements against state laws and Hello Yo policies or illegal advertisements is prohibited. Illegal advertisement like adult products, guns, saber, crossbow, porn, care products, cigarette, aphrodisiac and venereal diseases treatment.
3.6 Singing and broadcasting erotic music is prohibited.
3.7 Knives or simulated knives that may harm life and health are prohibited.
3.8 Rumor, false or misleading information is prohibited.
3.9 Spam, junk mail or other unsolicited advertisement is prohibited.
3.10 Impersonating any other individual, entity, governmental agency or organizations is prohibited.
3.11 In addition to rules above, other people's inappropriate behavior and attire like shirtless or naked should be avoided in the pictures.
4. Content Instructions
4.1 During broadcasting, if conducting serious violation or general violation, user will be punished according to serious violation or general violation.
4.2 The platform rules apply to users at all ages.
4.3 If avatars and covers conduct serious violation or general violation, the avatars and covers will be banned.
4.4 In counties where juveniles broadcasting is not allowed, juveniles are not allowed to broadcast.
